How these two meet
Taurus and Pisces: ask either of you how this started and neither answer is a decision.
Ask either of you how this started and you will get two different answers, and neither of them is a decision.
Taurus’s version is that it was already happening, and at some point it was obvious, and obvious things do not need declaring. Taurus does not begin things. Taurus recognises that something is worth keeping and then keeps it, which is a different act altogether and gets mistaken for the same one.
Pisces’s version is not a version. Pisces was there, and then more there, and when is not a question Pisces experiences as having an answer.
Between a fixed sign and a mutable one there is no cardinal modality anywhere, and cardinal is the one that starts. Everything the two of you have was begun by circumstance, by somebody else, or by a deadline. Not by either of you.
Venus never opens a distance from the Sun greater than 47.3 degrees and never initiates the separation. Jupiter needs 11.85 years to cross the wheel and revises a third of the time. Neither is a body that opens anything.
Who taught you that wanting something slowly was the same as not wanting it?
For Taurus, the work is saying out loud that you chose this, in the past tense, as an act you performed on a day.
For Pisces, the work is beginning one thing on a date you name in advance.
Nothing here will ever be started by either of you, and the cost is not that things fail to happen. It is that neither of you will ever find out whether the other one would have chosen this, if choosing had been required.
60 degrees apart
Sixty degrees apart, two signs along, and one of the five classical aspects. Signs at this distance always share a polarity, active with active or receptive with receptive, so their elements are the pair that gets on: fire with air, or earth with water. What they never share is modality. The agreement is about temperature and the argument is about pace.

A sign is still a general lens: it says nothing about where your Moon or your Venus actually fell. A synastry report reads your two real birth charts against each other, with the aspects that are genuinely there.
