How these two meet
It shows up as a difference about scale and it is not one. Virgo says the tap has been dripping for three weeks. Pisces hears an accusation about the state of the marriage, and answers that.
Both of you are reporting that conversation accurately. Virgo said the tap. Pisces heard the whole, because Pisces has no mechanism for receiving a part as a part.
Mercury is on a short leash, never more than 27.8 degrees from the Sun, and goes back over its own ground three times a year. Jupiter is the largest slow thing either of you can see and takes 11.85 years to cross the wheel. Both mutable, so neither of you holds a position, and the argument dissolves before it has been had.
And the same two bodies rule the axis next door: Gemini has Mercury and Sagittarius has Jupiter, mutable as well. The wheel built two of its six axes out of this exact pair, which is worth knowing on the days when this feels like a fault in one of you.
