• Information you give us. Your email address; the inputs you provide for reports (such as birth date, birth time, birth place, and astrological signs); and any messages you send us.
• Payment information. When you buy a report, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your full payment card number. We receive limited transaction details from Stripe, such as confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers may collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics information through cookies and similar technologies.

Some of the information you provide, such as birth date, birth time, and birth place, is used to generate astrological interpretations. We treat this as personal information and handle it as described in this Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate and deliver the reports and content you request;
• Process your payments through Stripe;
• Send you transactional emails about your purchases;
• Send you our newsletter and promotional emails (which you can unsubscribe from at any time);
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; and
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers. With vendors who help us run the Services, for example, Stripe (payments), our email/newsletter provider, our hosting and database providers, and analytics providers, who may process your information only on our behalf.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in how your information is handled.

Our current key service providers include Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel and Railway (hosting), and our email/newsletter provider. Each has its own privacy practices.

If you are in the EU, UK, or EEA: under the GDPR/UK GDPR, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Our legal bases for processing are your consent (for marketing), performance of a contract (to deliver reports you buy), and our legitimate interests (to operate and secure the Site). We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Users

We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

9. Children

The Services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
