1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you give us. Your email address; the inputs you provide for reports (such as birth date, birth time, birth place, and astrological signs); and any messages you send us.
• Payment information. When you buy a report, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your full payment card number. We receive limited transaction details from Stripe, such as confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card.
• Email records. When you accept our Terms on a form, or sign up for the Daily Heart Mirror, we keep a record of that consent: the date and time, the page, and the exact words you were shown. We also keep your time zone (so our emails arrive around 7:00 a.m. your time), whether you confirmed your address, which of our emails we have sent you, the delivery events our email provider reports (such as a bounce or a spam complaint), and, only if you accepted analytics cookies, the campaign link that brought you to the Site.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers may collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics information through cookies and similar technologies.

Some of the information you provide, such as birth date, birth time, and birth place, is used to generate astrological interpretations. We treat this as personal information and handle it as described in this Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate and deliver the reports and content you request;
• Process your payments through Stripe;
• Send you transactional emails about your purchases;
• Send you the Daily Heart Mirror you ask for, a 5-part guide to your love pattern, and occasional emails about LoveSigns reports and offers, as described in section 4 of our Terms of Service (you can unsubscribe at any time, in one click);
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; and
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers. With vendors who help us run the Services, for example, Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), our hosting and database providers, and analytics providers, who may process your information only on our behalf.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in how your information is handled.

Our current key service providers include Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel and Railway (hosting), and Resend (email delivery). Each has its own privacy practices.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We keep transaction records as required for tax and accounting purposes.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

• Unsubscribe from the guide and every other marketing email at any time, in one click, from the link in any of them;
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@lovesigns.com.

If you are in California: under the CCPA/CPRA, you have rights to know, access, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell your personal information). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

If you are in the EU, UK, or EEA: under the GDPR/UK GDPR, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Our legal bases for processing are your consent (for marketing), performance of a contract (to deliver reports you buy), and our legitimate interests (to operate and secure the Site). You may withdraw consent at any time and may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Users

We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

9. Children

The Services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give you reasonable notice by email or a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
