Report delivery support
For a report you ordered that has not arrived, went to the wrong email address, or has a PDF that will not open.
- Reports arrive as a PDF attached to an email, sent to the address you entered when you ordered.
- Check your spam or promotions folder first.
- When you write, include the email address you used and the name of the report.
