How these two meet
The house is comfortable in a way visitors comment on, and neither of you can tell them how it was done, because it was not done. It accumulated.
Every object in it was chosen once and has not been reconsidered since.
That is true of the arrangements as well, and it is true of a few of the opinions.
Venus assigns a value and defends it without argument, and turns retrograde 63 times a century, less of its life spent going backwards than any other planet here. Two of those means nothing in this building has ever been up for revision at the same time.
So the question of when something was decided has no answer in this house. Not because either of you is evasive: because there was no moment. There was a first time it happened, and then it was how things are.
And nobody has noticed, because noticing would need somebody in the house who reopens things, and there is not one.
For one of you, the work is naming one arrangement out loud and saying that it was a choice.
For the other, the work is not defending it when that happens.
And a third: you are both going to want to say that it works. It does work. That is not the question that was asked.
