The Moon changes sign every two and a half days and moves through her whole cycle of light in a month, so any given phase lands in any given sign only a few times a year. This finds those dates for you, out to 2029, and gives you the reading that goes with them.

How often does a given moon phase happen in a given sign?
Usually once a year, sometimes twice. The lunar cycle and the zodiac do not divide evenly into a year, so the pairing drifts: a full moon in Scorpio falls in a different week each year, and occasionally twice in one.
Why do some phases give a window instead of a time?
Because only four phases are moments. New, first quarter, full and last quarter happen when the Moon is at an exact angle to the Sun, so they have a timestamp. The four in between are arcs of the cycle, so the honest answer is the stretch during which the Moon is both in that sign and in that phase.
How far ahead does this go?
To the end of 2029. The dates are computed with Swiss Ephemeris and committed as data, so nothing is estimated, and past the end of the table the finder says it has run out rather than guessing.
