Birth Chart Compatibility works without times too: each person’s time is optional, and a known time adds that person’s Moon and Rising sign.
Because without a birth time it cannot, honestly. The Moon travels up to 15° in a day and the widest aspect window is 12°, so a Moon angle computed from a date alone would be the noon position wearing a measurement’s clothes. That report reads both Moons by sign. The Moon aspects belong to Birth Chart Compatibility, when a birth time is known.
