How this personal report works
The Moon is the fastest thing we track: a sign every two and a half days, a whole cycle of light in a month. That speed is why she reads as mood rather than character. She is not who you are, she is what a given day feels like from the inside. The Sun moves at the other pace entirely, a sign a month, and it describes the direction you are slowly becoming.
This report reads the two together for one date. The Moon sign says what the feeling is made of, the phase says where in the cycle it falls, and the angle between the Moon and the Sun says how those two are standing towards each other: flowing, grinding, facing off, or simply travelling separately, which is more common than people expect and often the easiest state to work with.

Questions about this report
Any. A day you are still turning over, a day you are preparing for, or today. The sky of that date is a fact, and it reads the same whenever you ask for it.
Then the report says so, and that is an ordinary answer rather than a failure. The phase and the aspect come from the same measurement, so they are related but they do not decide each other: a first quarter is a square in only fourteen of its forty-five degrees. A day with no exact angle is still a day with a Moon, a phase and a Sun.
