What will sign compatibility read?
The same meeting, at the resolution most people already know.
Signs Compatibility reads two sun signs as a meeting: element, modality and ruler in play, what each recognises in the other and where they tire. It is free, needs no birth time, and describes rather than scores.
A sign carries more than its element. It has a modality, which decides whether it starts things, holds them or changes them, and a ruling planet, which colours what it wants. Two signs of the same element can therefore meet quite differently depending on which two they are, and that difference is what a sign-level reading exists to describe.
Each of these pairings was written on its own rather than derived from the angle between the two signs. That distinction matters here more than anywhere: the distance between two signs already fixes their element and modality relationship, so a page built from that alone would be one of seven shapes with the names swapped. What separates one pairing from another is the two RULERS, and that is what each page is written from.

Do I need a birth time for this?
No. A sun sign needs only a birth date, and most people already know theirs. The reading that needs a birth time is the synastry report, which reads two whole charts instead of two signs.
Does the order of the two signs matter?
No. Each pairing has one page, and the two signs reach it either way round. The reading describes the meeting rather than assigning one person a role.
