How these two meet
Three weeks ago something true and difficult got said, on a Tuesday, without either of you flinching. That is normal here: nothing stays hidden between you for long, from either side.
Sagittarius said it, learned from it, and moved. For fire the point of going down is what you do when you come up, and the matter was addressed honestly and is therefore closed.
Scorpio is still in it. Pluto keeps a difficult truth, works it, lets it change them, and expects the same seriousness back. Three weeks is not a long time for that.
So one of you has closed a file the other one is still living inside, and Sagittarius cannot tell it is happening, because from where Sagittarius stands the thing was handled.
